* CMEs:


Westbrook University will be the CME provider for FMCCE 2018.  Up to 7.5 CMEs are available.


We will have a sign-in sheet June 2nd and June 3rd  to record your attendance.  Please make sure you bring your license number with you to record on the sign-in sheets.  No CME credits are offered on June 1st.

Certificates will be mailed to you post event from the University after they have affirmed that the attendance requirements have been met.  


CEUs


Florida Continuing Education, Inc. is processing CEUs for FMCCE 2018.


FMCCE 2018 is approved for up to 12.5 CEUs by the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling (BAP #625 and CE Broker #50-539)


Note:  It is the responsibility of the registrant, to check with the licensing agency of your state, country or province on CEU/CME requirements.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 days prior to the conference. You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if your request is received before May 22, 2018. No refunds will be granted after the May 22, 2018 notice period for any reason. In the event of bad weather or travel cancellations/complications, the Florida Medical Cannabis Conference will not issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees. If the conference is cancelled, the Florida Medical Cannabis Conference is not responsible for non-refundable travel fares or lodging.
