Education = Retention & Growth
Emily R. Carew, COO, Tetra Horizon Corp.
“Cannabis is easy, and everyone knows how to smoke a joint or eat a gummy, so it’s just a quick certification and on to the next patient.” We see this type of attitude so often from MMJ doctors’ offices, and we often hear similar stories from transfer patients about their previous physicians. But cannabinoid therapy is more complex than that. At Tetra, we believe this medication offers a completely customizable solution for each individual patient, and they just need to understand the basics. By providing education from day one and offering free continuing education thereafter, we are able to mitigate the risk of adverse effects, helping our patients achieve success much faster. When they do, they tell their friends about this amazing plant and how it’s finally helping them find the relief they were looking for. This creates a cannabis community and an office that patients can rely on. By focusing on quality of care, we have naturally expanded our patient base, proving that quality leads to quantity and our reviews speak for themselves.
