Dr. Tishler is a Cannabinoid Specialist and a patient-centric physician whose focus is to provide patients with ongoing guidance and care that they won’t find at card mills or dispensaries.
Education: Dr. Tishler graduated from both Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, trained in Internal Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and is faculty at both the Mass General Brigham and Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Tishler is the Founder and President of the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists which aims to educate clinicians, lawmakers, and the industry about best practices and needed tools for proper patient care. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Board, Hadassah Physician’s Council, and Council for Cannabis Reform Science Advisory Board.
Advocacy for Patient Care: Dr. Tishler has been an advisor to several companies looking to improve the safety and efficacy of delivery of cannabinoid medicines. However, he strongly believes that the current approach to cannabinoid medical care, and legalization policy in general, is not in patients’ best interests and leaves patients at the mercy of an under-regulated industry.
He, along with the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists, works to improve these conditions and thereby improve overall patient welfare.
